Professional & Leadership Development Community Agreement
All members of our community, including participants, staff, and facilitators, are asked to uphold the following Community Agreement.
By registering for a program or course, whether it be online or face-to-face, you are agreeing to uphold the following agreement and expectations. Failure to adhere to the Community Agreement may result in an inability to continue or the withholding of your certificate of participation.

- Accountability for personal actions and conduct
- Respect for the learning environment by limiting use of electronic devices to break times
- Adequate preparation by completing any assigned pre-readings and assessments
- Attendance for the full duration of the program [with ‘camera on’ for online representation] and acknowledgement that absence from any portion of the program will compromise predetermined program activities. This includes attendance for all planned breakout groups or LDG activities
