THIS WEBINAR WILL OPEN YOUR EYES TO THE IMPORTANCE OF KNOWING YOUR PEOPLE!

Here are 4 Reasons Why It Is Crucial To Know What Motivates Your Team:

Motivated employees can have a significant impact on the overall success of an organisation. They tend to be more productive, innovative, and engaged and have a higher retention rate, contributing to the organisation's success. Organizations must prioritize motivation in the workplace and find ways to foster a positive and motivating work environment for their employees.

Some ways to do this include providing opportunities for personal and professional development, recognizing and rewarding employee contributions, promoting positive company culture, and providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.

By knowing your individual team members' primary and secondary motivators, an organisation is one step closer to creating a more positive and productive work environment, leading to increased success, better outcomes and greater staff retention.

Are the members of your organisation well-motivated? For example, did you know that motivated employees significantly impact the overall organisation's success?

Motivation can be contagious; if one employee is seen to be optimistic and engaged at work, morale will lift, spreading and circulating within the team.

To fully understand the significance of motivation, we have come up with four (4) reasons why it should be a priority and its invaluable impact in the workplace:

  1. Improved innovation and outcomes: an essential factor for a company's capability to innovate is the motivation of its people. Innovation is vital for sustaining and nurturing an organisation over the long term; therefore, fostering creativity and inspiration in your workplace is critical.
  2. Enhanced team engagement: employee motivation and engagement are intrinsically linked. Employees who feel motivated are more likely to work harder for the company. Motivation plus engagement is a proven successful combination if you aspire to be the employer of choice.
  3. Increased productivity: employee motivation levels directly impact productivity. Motivated and engaged employees will work harder and fulfil their responsibilities to the highest standard.
  4. Higher staff retention rate: motivated, engaged, and productive employees will have a higher chance of staying in the organisation because they feel safe, happy, and content. Several criteria need to be met, such as finding their role exciting and challenging, having the opportunity for development, having a good leader, and being motivated.

Motivation acts as a catalyst for success. It is the driving force that employees need to feel to show up to work every day, do their tasks, and accomplish them with the best quality.

NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Jade Scott

I am a Business Coach with a passion for leadership development. I am the Founder & CEO of GrowthRx, a consulting and education company that designs and implements customised professional development, leadership services and courses for organisations and individuals.

Through a wealth of experience from studies at Harvard Business School to Melbourne University and the creation of GrowthRx, a worldwide Allied Health Community, my mission is to lift the bar and create more great leaders in healthcare.

Why am I so passionate about understanding motivators?

As Simon Sinek says, "When we are clear on our' why,' we can inspire others to follow us." Knowing the motivators of your staff is crucial for success because it helps you understand the "why" behind their actions and allows you to create a work environment that aligns with their values and drives.

According to a study by Harvard Business Review, "Employees who feel a strong sense of purpose are more likely to be motivated and engaged, and as a result, they are more likely to stay with the organization and contribute to its success." I've dedicated ten years of study towards this and am finally ready to share it with you.

Understanding what motivates your employees becomes a superpower; you can tap into their sense of purpose and help them feel more connected to their work. In turn, this leads to increased motivation, engagement, and productivity, which are essential for the success of any organization. It also saved me from burnout and walking away from my clinic.

By creating a work environment that aligns with their values and drives, you can help your employees feel more motivated and engaged, ultimately leading to greater happiness for you, longer staff retention and success for your organization.
